GNV, the company that recognizes and regrets the inconveniences experienced by some passengers, states that it has already resolved the issues caused by the breakdown of the m/v Majestic in recent weeks. These issues had prevented the company from carrying out all scheduled trips for the deployment. It clarifies that the service offered on the Moroccan routes is now regular and fully normalized. The company reports that, from the beginning of June to the present day, it has completed a total of over 650 trips with a punctuality rate of 95% and an average delay of less than 10 minutes.
The company also emphasizes its commitment to Morocco, a destination where it has operated with dedication for over 15 years. Its primary goal has always been and will continue to be to provide the best possible transportation service to all passengers of Moroccan expatriates who have trusted it over the years (more than 4.5 million) and to those planning to return to their home country with their families for the summer season. This is why GNV is working with utmost dedication and always in close collaboration with the country’s authorities to ensure the Marhaba operation is a complete success.
