ONE Launches Maritime Line Valencia-Lisbon-Casablanca

Ocean Network Express (ONE), the Japanese shipping company, is launching a new service. This ONE maritime line Casablanca will connect Valencia and Lisbon to the Moroccan metropolis. The launch is scheduled for October 16. The objective is clear: to strengthen regional coverage and optimize global connectivity.

Weekly Connection for Casablanca and Lisbon

This new service will rely on the CSP Iberian Valencia terminal. Ships will depart every Thursday. They will then stop in Lisbon before reaching the facilities of Marsa Morocco in Casablanca. Finally, they will return to Spain. The transit time is estimated at three days between Valencia and Lisbon, and six days to reach Casablanca. Port of Valencia expands operations to accommodate increased maritime traffic.

ONE’s Strategy in the Mediterranean

By launching this new line, the Japanese shipowner confirms the strategic importance of the Port of Valencia. The ONE maritime line Casablanca strengthens the company’s presence in the region, where it already operates at three container terminals. This new connection adds to the existing links and is part of a broader strategy. The aim is to facilitate exchanges in the Mediterranean and make the Iberian Peninsula a major logistics hub on the main international maritime routes.
