Balearia Offers 15% Discount on Spain-Algeria Crossings

The Spanish shipping company Balearia is offering a 15% discount on all bookings between Spain and Algeria. Currently, Balearia operates crossings from Valencia to Algiers, Mostaganem, and Oran, as well as from Barcelona to Algiers. The routes between Valencia and Algiers, as well as between Valencia and Oran, were launched in 2024. The Barcelona-Algiers route began in January of this year. A 15% discount is available for members of the Balearia Club loyalty program. Travelers departing from Valencia or Barcelona can take advantage of this discount by signing up for the Balearia Club loyalty program. “This offer is only valid for members and new registrations to the Balearia Club,” the company states on its website. The discount applies to round-trip bookings with a vehicle and does not apply to same-day return bookings or open returns. This offer is available on the Valencia-Mostaganem, Valencia-Algiers, Valencia-Oran, and Barcelona-Algiers routes for the entire year of 2025. In addition to this discount, members of the Balearia Club enjoy many other benefits. By joining the program, they accumulate points with each crossing, which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards. The program has three levels: Basic, Premium, and Exclusive. “You can move from one level to another based on the points accumulated. The more points you accumulate, the more benefits you receive!” explains the company. Balearia also offers 100 welcome points and a discount for new members of the Balearia Club.
