The third edition of the professional training program under the YepMed Tunisia project was launched from November 21 to 25, 2022, with the participation of 49 Tunisian students for training in international trade and logistics operations. The training was conducted by academic experts from various institutions, including the Merchant Marine and Ports Authority, a member of the YepMed project, represented by Mr. Jobrane ben Mansour, Head of Division in the Studies and Development Department, who provided an overview of the current state of the maritime transport sector and its stakeholders at both the international and local levels.
The training aims to enhance the candidates’ knowledge in this sector, who will subsequently choose to participate in advanced courses on international trade using the Port Virtual Lab simulator supported by the YepMed project.
