This is a tribute that has been universally praised by the entire maritime and port community, honoring three individuals who have significantly impacted the history of maritime administration, the port sector, and the shipbuilding industry in Morocco.
The annual Ftour of ARMA & CINM served as an opportunity to honor the professional journeys of:
Mr. Abdellah Abou El FETH IDRISSI, former senior official of the Merchant Marine Directorate, who was part of the first graduating class of Maritime Affairs Administrators from the Bordeaux school and who dedicated his entire career to the national maritime administration;
Mr. Sghir EL FILALI, former senior official of the ANP, a graduate of ISCAE who held several high-ranking positions within ODEP before joining the ANP, where he played a key role in port reform and in the enactment of law 15-02;
Mr. Abderrahmane EL OUALI, former senior executive of the Shipyards and Workshops of Morocco, this first-class Merchant Marine officer is among the first graduates of the National School of Merchant Marine in Casablanca and the National School of Merchant Marine in Marseille. After several years of professional experience with maritime companies such as COMANAV, LIMADET, and ODEP, he joined the Shipyards and Workshops of Morocco (CAM), where he concluded his career.
