Nomination of Carole Montarsolo to the General Management of GNV Morocco

Genoa, October 29, 2025. Carole Montarsolo has been appointed General Manager of GNV Morocco, thus strengthening the company’s strategic presence in this region of North Africa.

Career and Expertise of the New General Manager

Aged 37, Carole Montarsolo obtained a Master’s degree in General Management at the University of Genoa in 2012. She then completed a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing at the London Business School in 2021, developing strategic and digital skills focused on growth and innovation.

Carole began her career in the telecommunications sector before joining GNV in December 2014. Over the past ten years of experience in maritime transport, she has held various senior positions in sales, marketing, and commercial development, distinguishing herself by her ability to manage complex projects and optimize company performance.

A Solid Knowledge of the Moroccan Market

Carole Montarsolo has significant experience on the Moroccan market, resulting from more than ten years of established relationships and direct presence on the territory. She has followed the evolution of GNV’s commercial activities in Morocco and played a key role in the growth of the market, particularly with the opening of offices in Tangier and Nador in 2023.

GNV’s activities in Morocco are carried out in close collaboration with Mohammed Kabbaj, a historic partner who has greatly contributed to the success of the brand in the region.
