This framework agreement establishes the foundations for a sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership between the two parties in various identified fields, including financial consulting and financing structuring, land development, real estate management, renewable energy, and energy efficiency, as stated in a joint communiqué published on Monday on the ONCF website.

It should also be noted that these transformations aim to establish and promote sustainable mobility that is accessible to all, addressing the strategic, economic, and environmental challenges facing Morocco and meeting expectations for upcoming deadlines.

For the CDG group, this initiative is central to its new strategy of supporting public policies in the development of national strategic projects with significant economic and social impact.

This initiative is part of a long-term vision, enabling sustainable support for its partners by providing them with all its technical and financial expertise through its various subsidiaries, allowing them to better structure their development projects and mobilize the necessary funding from various stakeholders.

“The synergy between the CDG and the ONCF on strategic projects reinforces their mutual commitment to fully support the economic and social development dynamics of our country under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God Assist Him,” the communiqué concludes.
