Maritime Visit: Guinean Delegation at ISEM Maghreb
On Friday, December 8, 2023, at the headquarters of ISEM, the Director of the Higher Institute of Maritime Studies, Mr. Mohamed BRIOUIG, welcomed a delegation from the Republic of Guinea, which included Mr. Alexandre COLE, Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Transport, and Mr. Julien DRAMOU, Economic Analysis Advisor at the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Guinea, along with representatives from the CADEX Group. During this meeting, discussions focused on various topics related to maritime cooperation between Morocco and Guinea, particularly on collaboration opportunities in the maritime sector of Morocco.
Participants from the maritime sector of Morocco included the Director of Studies and Research, Mr. Khalid ELHAD, the Head of the Military Detachment at ISEM, Colonel Abdelaziz RKHAMI, as well as researchers and administrative and educational officials from ISEM.

This visit provided an opportunity to present ISEM and exchange perspectives on the prospects and opportunities for cooperation under the South-South cooperation framework advocated by the Kingdom, particularly on issues of mutual interest such as maritime training and scientific research in the field of oceanography.
At the conclusion of this visit, the participants toured the various laboratories, simulators, and educational facilities of the institute.
